Hotel Ketan opened its doors in 1970. Back then, Deccan Gymkhana was a quiet neighborhood of bungalows and trees. Today, it is the buzzing commercial capital of the city. Through all that change, one thing remained constant: the silence within our gates.
We are a family-run establishment, and we treat this hotel as an extension of our home. This heritage allows us to maintain our gardens, keep our rooms spacious, and offer a level of personal care that algorithms and apps just can’t replicate.
Nature isn't an amenity.
In a concrete jungle, trees are a luxury. We have preserved our original garden cover, creating a micro-climate that keeps the hotel cooler and quieter than the street outside.
Comfort requires space.
Modern construction tries to squeeze as many rooms as possible into a building. We believe you should be able to walk around your room, open your suitcase, and breathe. We refuse to compromise on square footage.

Many of our staff have been with us for decades. They know how you like your coffee, they know the history of the city, and they genuinely care about your comfort.
